SHORT-STAPLE SYNTHETIC DOWN

Our synthetic down is constructed with short-staple insulation that features short fine denier filaments to reduce heat loss. This makes for great compressibility, unlike their continuous filament counterparts making ours much like real down. With a tested and designed to operate -20 F, meant for some serious cold.

ULTRA WARMTH

Our polyester insulation dries very quickly and maintains to hold warmth even when it's wet, something a traditional down cannot do. This makes this puffer much more functional during a variety of weather systems without a hardshell.

UNDER ARM VENTS

The addition to underarm vents in in a down jacket is the most functional feature for heat extraction. If one was to accumulate perspiration in subzero temperatures that can be a deadly situation.

What People Think Of SRC.

After a few weeks of use, I’m quite pleased. I doubt I’ll be putting it through the most rugged of paces but some cold and wet we’re no match for the jacket. Seals seem good. Pockets are both durable and plentiful. Great product.

Got my jacket and it looks fantastic! Love the inner pockets and all the features and the red color is really nice. I got lucky with the medium size because the jacket’s a perfect fit!Unfortunately, I can’t use the snow skirt because the elastic is so tight it makes the waist *way* too small. Even with leaving the snow skirt ends attached to the jacket, the elastic makes it so I can’t zip up the jacket. Luckily it’s detachable!
